Neelu Sunil Kalra

Neelu Kalra is a Certified Yoga Instructor from “The Yoga Institute” Santacruz, Mumbai. She has also completed 300 hours Advanced Training Program from ISVA Yoga Academy, mainly focused on correct technique of doing asana and currently pursuing Diploma in Yoga from Mumbai University.

Her passion in yoga made her dive deep inside the yogic philosophy and presently she is engrossed in studying Patanjali Yoga Sutra from Acharya Sabir Sheikh of Yog Sadna Mandir.

She wants to spread awareness among people about the correct method of doing yoga, pranayama and mudras in the traditional way, which can transform lives.

To achieve her objective of promoting holistic living, she launched her Youtube channel Yoga The Journey Within in 2021, where she regularly uploads videos on the correct technique of doing yoga, pranayama, and other exercises.
