- Cash Is King – But How Does It Move?
Vinita Khar Director Sales at CMS Info Systems Linkedin Profile It’s an intriguing question with answers all around us, yet one we rarely stop to ponder. Behind the scenes, the cash logistics industry ensures the seamless movement of money, handling approximately ₹15,000 crore daily and creating about 50,000 jobs across India. Despite its critical role, this industry operates in relative obscurity, with limited information available online. Dominated by 4–5 key players , it works closely with banks to manage cash flow efficiently. What Does the Cash Logistics Industry Do? • Cash Transportation: Moving cash between currency chests and bank branches. • ATM Replenishment: Ensuring ATMs are stocked and operational. • Retail Cash Logistics: Collecting and depositing cash from retail businesses. On a deeper look, we see that cash logistics companies facilitate every stage of the cash cycle, balancing demand and supply to keep the economy running smoothly. An Everyday Example Picture this: I woke up in a panic, realizing I hadn’t finished my Diwali shopping. After making a quick shopping list, I rushed to an ATM to withdraw cash for my purchases. With cash in hand, I visited various stores, bought everything I needed, and returned home satisfied. But behind this simple sequence, the cash logistics industry was hard at work: Replenishing the ATM so I could withdraw cash. Collecting the cash I paid at the stores and depositing it back into the retailers’ bank accounts. The Industry's Vital Role As long as cash remains in circulation and a preferred mode of transaction, the cash logistics industry will continue to thrive. It plays a silent yet indispensable role in ensuring that money moves where it is needed, powering our daily lives and the broader economy. Future Perspectives: A Digital Shift While cash still plays a critical role, the payment landscape is evolving rapidly. Consider these figures*: • The share of cash payments in India’s private consumption expenditure (PFCE) fell from 80.6% in 2021 to 51.9% in Q1 2024. • Digital payments surged from 19.4% to 48.1% during the same period. The rise of UPI has transformed how we transact, marking a significant shift toward digital modes of payment. While cash remains relevant, the growing adoption of digital payments presents both challenges and opportunities for the cash logistics industry. As we navigate this transformation, one thing remains clear: whether physical or digital, the movement of money is central to powering economies. The next time you withdraw cash or pay for a purchase, take a moment to appreciate the complex systems at work behind the scenes that make it all possible. - Functional Medicine: A New Approach To Lasting Health
Dr. Akshita Mamania Mehta Functional medicine practitioner & nutritionist Linkedin How often have we popped antacids or painkillers and thought it's absolutely normal to do so? Yes, once in a while won’t do much harm, but what if it is happening too often? Just because those medicines make it go away-does that make it ok to ignore these problems? Is it ok to fall sick with every weather change just because everyone around is also falling sick? Common symptoms like headaches, acidity or frequent colds may seem trivial, but they could be your body signalling a larger underlying problem. This root cause, if not addressed, will simply pop up as another symptom on another day, and suddenly you find yourself dealing with a much larger problem years later. Functional medicine , established in the US and some European countries for over a decade, has recently gained traction in India with a handful of trained doctors. Globally, for millions of patients, this research-backed approach has been a ray of hope in cases where allopathy/conventional medicine failed to provide solutions and also a sigh of relief for those who were told “ You are fine, your reports are normal ”, except they never really felt normal. Comparison with Conventional Medicine Approach: Functional medicine considers the whole person, including lifestyle, genetics, and environment and taps into the inherent healing potential of the body. It identifies root causes through comprehensive blood tests, deep dives into current symptoms, lifestyle, and medical history, allowing for more targeted, long-term treatment plans. Conventional medicine often focuses just on specific symptoms or organ systems and is targeted to mask the problem rather than correcting it. Treatment: Functional medicine emphasizes personalized care plans including dietary changes, nutritional and herbal supplements, and lifestyle modifications (all under one roof!). Conventional medicine typically relies more on pharmaceutical drugs and standardized treatment protocols. Who Can Benefit • Those with chronic conditions like autoimmune diseases, diabetes, and heart disease • People struggling with weight management • Those dealing with hormonal imbalances, including PCOS, infertility, difficult menopause , etc. • People with skin disorders such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis • Individuals with digestive problems • Patients whose conditions haven't responded well to conventional treatments • Individuals seeking preventive care and optimal wellness Relevance in Today's World Functional medicine addresses key healthcare challenges: • Rising rates of chronic diseases requiring comprehensive approaches • Growing demand for personalized healthcare solutions • Need for more effective preventive strategies By integrating the best of traditional healing systems and modern, evidence-based medicine approach, functional medicine offers a promising model for addressing complex health issues and promoting long-term wellness.
- Navigating Uncertainty in a Dynamic Global Trade Landscape
Smita Shetty LinkedIn A renewed Trump presidency could reshape global trade, challenging Indian consumer goods exporters. By the end of his first tenure, tariffs on Chinese goods soared from 3.1% to 19% , and despite calls for relief, the Biden administration largely maintained them. A 2024 World Bank report warns similar tariffs could affect 15% of cross-border shipments if 2018–2021 policies return (Source: Global Trade Monitor). Even if targeting China, they indirectly hit Indian supply chains, raising input costs and shifting competitiveness. The ongoing Russia–Ukraine conflict continues to disrupt Eastern European shipping lanes, causing 12–15% longer transit times ( Source: DHL Global Connectedness Report, 2023 ). The conflict’s trajectory is uncertain, with potential for escalation or diplomatic resolution. For Indian exporters, rerouting and higher logistics costs are key concerns Insurance underwriters already factor Middle East tensions into freight costs , reflecting possible disruptions from Houthi activity in the Red Sea or threats near the Strait of Hormuz . However, surcharges and transit times could climb if conflicts intensify. During his 2017–2021 presidency, Trump’s withdrawal from the JCPOA and renewed sanctions on Iran heightened regional strain ( Source: U.S. State Department Archive, 2021 ), while the Abraham Accords advanced ties between Israel and select Arab states ( Source: White House Archives, 2020 ). These developments shaped the region’s political landscape; however, how they evolve remains uncertain, demanding vigilance and adaptive risk management from Indian businesses To navigate these complexities, Indian businesses should consider five key measures for building resilience. Diversify Sourcing & Markets: Avoid overreliance on any single region by establishing multiple supplier relationships. Map Vendor Networks and Mitigate Upstream Risks : Go beyond first-tier suppliers by assessing your suppliers’ own subcontractors. A multi-tier risk assessment approach helps organizations anticipate disruptions before they escalate. Invest in Technology : Real-time cargo tracking and advanced analytics can reduce lead times by up to 20%. Build Contingency Buffers : Maintain strategic stockpiles and partner with third-party logistics providers to mitigate sudden shocks. Stay Compliant and Adaptable : With possible new U.S. regulations on origin rules or labeling, frequent audits and agile compliance frameworks remain critical ( Source: U.S. Congressional Research Service, “Trade Policy Primer,” 2024 ) Ultimately, resilience will be the defining factor as the global trade landscape continues to shift.
- What Youth think about yoga…..
Asha Duvvuri Instagram Whenever I speak to my kid’s friends and ask them “If they enjoy doing Yoga ” usually the answer is “ OH NO ”! So slow and it is for old people not for us. The fact that they are saying “No” or reluctantly attending the sessions is that they are seeing Yoga just as a form of exercise like any other workout. The slow and steadiness is the key ingredient of yoga which works on all dimensions of the body. Scientifically its proven that when you perform any kind of exercise whether it is yoga, weight training, running, cycling, swimming the happy hormones are like dopamine, oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins are released in the body. Lets understand what happens actually when we practice yoga. The common misconceptions: Yoga is too slow : As you start practicing and get into a pose you want to feel and realize the changes happening in the body and how your mind is preparing itself to accept that change. To realise this, your body and mind need some time to exchange this info. Hence we insist to practice yoga slowly. Yoga has different formats some are slow, some are fast and energizing. We are free to choose what suits our body. Connection with the mind: Accepting the change and preparing yourself for the next move with a positive attitude. Yoga is Just stretching: When you stretch, the muscles relax and strengthen which allows range of motion and increases blood flow supplying essential nutrients to the body. Connection with the mind : Think big and beyond your limitations . Yoga is for old people: The number of metabolic disorder diseases are more in younger generation not in Old people this is purely due to the practice of yoga in some or the other form like sitting and moping the floor, grinding batters and masala with the help of a stone grinder not the machine, sitting and washing the clothes with hands. People used to sit down and eat for a good digestion. The activities grinding with hands, sitting and moping, batter preparation with the stone grinder are the forms of yoga like malasan, padmasana or vajrasana. Now a days we have to put in some effort to include these actions into our daily routine. Connection with the mind: Let not your physical body be an obstacle for your mental and spiritual growth. Yoga takes longer time to practice: People often ask is it possible to to do yoga in for only 10 mins will i get any benefit ? The answer is absolutely yes. One surya namaskar takes an average of 20-25 seconds but it is a combination of 12 asanas. Even if you practice 5 surya namaskars per day it wont take more than 3-4 mins. In 10 mins you can perform good number of repetitions. Those 12 asanas cover your chest, back, neck, abdomen , arms, shoulders and legs . Yoga need not be done for a longer durations. On the other hand you can just pickup few asanas and quickly wrap it up in 10mins. Connection with the mind: Any practice takes good amount of time to realise your potential and it might take several days, months or years depending upon your commitment, hardwork and determination.
- Data Destruction: Safeguarding trust in the Digital Age!
Harish Dixit Senior Infrastructure Manager – APAC LinkedIn Profile Most businesses are unaware about the fact that d eletion and format doesn’t completely wipe off the data . If you're selling or even disposing your storage device thinking that you have formatted or deleted data and it has been gone forever, then you’re mistaken and are inviting a big threat to your data. The Hindu trinity consists of three gods: Brahma the creator, Vishnu the preserver, and Shiva the destroyer. While Shiva's role might seem scary, it's actually about positive change. Destruction leads to new creation, which is necessary for growth. Just like Shiva's role, destroying old data is very important for businesses today. It's a key part of keeping information safe and private. Simply deleting files isn't enough – the data needs to be completely erased so it can't be recovered. There are several reasons why properly destroying data matters: 1. It protects secret information. Companies have lots of sensitive data about employees, customers, and business plans. If this isn't destroyed properly, it could be stolen and misused. 2. It helps follow laws. Many industries have strict rules about protecting data. Proper destruction helps avoid fines and legal problems. For example: HIPAA for healthcare organizations and PCI DSS for financial institutions. 3. It reduces risk . By destroying old data, companies have less sensitive information to worry about if there's a security breach. 4. It maintains a good reputation . Taking data security seriously helps businesses look trustworthy. There are different ways to destroy data securely: • Overwriting : replacing old data with new, meaningless data • Degaussing: erasing magnetic storage devices • Physical destruction : actually, breaking storage devices Instead of physically destroying devices, which can harm the environment, businesses can use special software to erase data completely. This allows devices to be reused or recycled safely. Data erasure software, like Bitraser, can wipe information from various devices beyond the possibility of recovery, but come at a cost. There are also some free options available like ShredOS, a specialized Linux- based tool designed for securely erasing data from computer storage devices. To learn more about securely wiping data using ShredOS, please follow this tutorial: Click for Tutorial: In conclusion, data destruction is not merely a routine maintenance task but a critical process that underpins the success and sustainability of modern businesses. It adheres to compliance, and security, laying the foundation for robust business operations and strategic growth.
- The Primacy of Creation
Arjun Khemani 17 yr old, 11th class Dropout, International Podcaster, Airchat Co-founder Linkedin Profile At the core of human progress lies a deep truth: creation precedes distribution. This truth challenges the prevailing wisdom, which often elevates the act of giving above all else. But this conventional belief rests on a flawed premise, for how can one give that which does not yet exist? The world is not a static repository of pre-existing goods, merely awaiting redistribution. Instead, it is a canvas of infinite potential, transformed by the creator’s hand. Every comfort we enjoy, every tool, every technological marvel that shapes our lives, began as a mere spark in the mind of someone who dared to bring it into being. These creators— the inventors, the entrepreneurs, the visionaries —are the true architects of human progress. Yet, paradoxically, society often elevates the role of the distributor above that of the creator. Those who merely allocate the fruits of others’ labor frequently receive more praise than those who toiled to produce those fruits in the first place. This inverted hierarchy of values is not just misguided—it is corrosive to the very fabric of civilization. The rise of collectivist ideologies has promoted the notion that individual achievement is somehow at odds with the common good. Environmental concerns have led some to view ambition as a driver of unsustainable growth and resource depletion. The increasing focus on work-life balance has cast ambitious individuals as misguided workaholics, sacrificing personal relationships and wellbeing on the altar of success. But consider the nature of human advancement. Every step forward, every leap of progress , has been initiated not by those who sought to give, but by those who sought to achieve. The wheel was not invented by a committee dedicated to improving transportation for the masses. It was conceived by a single mind that looked at the world and saw the possibility of something that had never before existed. The glorification of giving over achievement acts like a poison , seeping into the foundations of society. It fosters a culture of entitlement, where the unearned is revered above the earned, where need is seen as a claim upon the productivity of others. This mindset erodes the spirit of innovation and excellence that drives human progress. Recognizing the creator as the prime mover of civilization does not negate the value of charitable acts. Rather, it acknowledges that true charity can only exist in a world of abundance—and abundance is the product of creation, not distribution. The most profound act of generosity, then, may not lie in giving away what already exists, but in creating something new, which naturally enriches others as a consequence of realizing one’s own vision. We must reject the false dichotomy between self-interest and the common good. The highest form of selfishness—the relentless pursuit of one’s own creative vision—is precisely what propels society forward. In this light, achievement becomes the wellspring of all human values, not a competitor to them. A society that honors, rather than denigrates, achievement and recognizes the act of creation as the source of all progress has the potential to unleash the full power of human ingenuity and ambition. In such a society, charity would not disappear but might be transformed. Rather than redistributing existing wealth, it could become the natural overflow of abundance created by unhampered minds.
- Daily Human – One important life skill to teach your children
Avnish Anand LinkedIn I read an amazing Bruce Lee quote a few months back. Paraphrasing it. Don’t give your children the things you didn’t have. Teach them the things nobody taught you. This really got me thinking. What are the life changing things that I learnt on my own, which I didn’t know as a child ? Things that I wish I had known as a child. One of those things is gratitude. Or rather gratitude journaling . Important clarification. My parents taught me about gratitude. They taught me to give and be grateful. I imbibed it from them and was always grateful for all the good things that happened to me. But gratitude journaling is different from just being grateful . By practising it diligently, you can acquire superpowers that can change your life. What is gratitude journaling ? It’s journaling about the good things that happen to you everyday. Small simple things also. How does it help ? Doing this regularly conditions your brain. It trains it to become better at noticing and remembering the good things that are happening to you. The big and small things. How does this help and what superpowers can you develop by doing this ? Doing this will make you a positive and optimistic person. The noticing improves your consciousness. Meaning at any given time, you are always aware of the good in your life. So you rarely feel you are an unlucky person. That things don’t go your way. You get the sense that you are lucky most of the time. As a result you are positive and optimistic. This is a superpower. Such people are more likely to overcome difficult challenges and are less likely to be depressed and unhappy. Positive/ optimistic people are more likely to notice opportunities and create serendipitous moments in their life. In addition, you don’t have FOMO about others. You are not engulfed by envy. You are happy with your life. Your energy is always channeled in the right areas. These superpowers can make all the difference in your life. Personally and professionally. Life is more fulfilling and meaningful also. I have gleaned this from many books that I have read about happiness, fulfilment and serendipity . I have also experienced it myself. Many times over. You will find this wisdom in ancient texts about religion and philosophy. I can provide some references if you want them How do you teach this to your children ? Simple. Ask them to start writing about the good things that are happening in their life. Start with weekly and gradually increase the frequency. You have to help them be more specific and more current. Not just write about things in general. Like saying, I have great parents. They should say I am happy my mom baked cookies for me today. Or my dad bought me new shoes. Remember the thumb rule Gratitude >>> Optimism >>> Serendipity There are other things that I want to teach. But this one is the most important one.
- Hello, Mum! Let’s go 9-5 again!
Resham Mehtani Linkedin Hello, Mum! Let’s go 9-5 again! Motherhood, the beacon of love & devotion and a commitment to raising a beautiful soul, you brought into this world, with a promise of being their guide, at each step, a promise of becoming an example for them, to learn from, while striking a balance between personal and professional life. How many of us, mothers, however, are able to achieve the ideal dream of being the perfect combination of, what we tag as - Supermom? Well, I for one, have learned, that I don’t need to be perfect, because if I aimed for something as ideal, I’d burn myself . Having said that, you, yes, you ARE PERFECT ! How, you may ask? Because you thrive to become better, you thrive to become the one your child will idealise, considering you THE icon. From the very moment you lay your eyes on the divine creation - your little bundle of joy - in whom resides your life, your world, you feel overwhelmed, because, well, I don’t need to spell that out for you, for you’re a mother, too. A few days pass by, and you’re dealing with an ocean of emotions, while being constantly on the lookout for the remainder of the maternity leave. Then begins a rush of emotions, and a forest of questions in your head - How will I manage my work and the baby? , Will someone take care of my baby as well as I do?, Will he/she eat well?… a never ending string of want for answers. Back then, going to work, while you were carrying, all seemed like a plan, in your head, as to how you’d get back to work after you deliver. Reality strikes when you cross that bridge! The best way to come out victorious from this situation is (might sound cliche) - to stay calm - and this does work! Give yourself space, time and most importantly, the energy to think clearly. You don’t need me to tell you that a panicky mind leads to a clouded judgement. Let’s break this down into simpler steps, shall we? 1. Hire an experienced nanny - Much before you resume office, you might want to invest in a trained nanny, who’d, under your supervision, would look after the baby, and take care of the littlest of things, giving you some much needed relaxation. This way, the baby would also get familiar with the caretaker, aside from you - your warmth is forever irreplaceable! 2. Never hesitate to ask for help - As a new mother, you would always have someone to lean on. Be it the father of your child, or your mother, or your mother-in-law, you have the right to seek help. Sometimes, however, when that’s not enough, there’s always your girlfriend(s) - smile! 3. YOU run your business, don’t let IT control you - Be in control of your business, for you get to decide how much and when, lady boss. As an entrepreneur, you’re out there to make it big and leave a mark, the best way to carve your path back into the professional world is to measure the amount of time spent at work. Go part time, instead of full throttle. 4. Discipline and a regular routine is the solution you need - Because the morning hustle will come soon, you’ll need to be ready with your armor, when it hits - that is, a routine for you and your baby… a time managed schedule. To ensure that you’re at peace while at work, you might want to follow a defined time table for your baby - timely meals, bath, diaper changes, and of course, naps. The sooner you achieve that, the better. BUT be prepared for this plan to fail on certain days, for the baby is the actual boss 5. Last minute checklist - Being under almost house arrest all these months, the luxury to sleep as and when you wish, hair in a lose bun, you enjoyed a 9 month long pyjama party, but now’s the time to slip back into the formals, those heels and clatter your way out of the comfort of your home. Reality check - you’re now a new person, a mother is born, with the body that looks very different from what it was before you conceived. Don’t hesitate to buy clothes of different size than the ones already hung in your wardrobe. Just like any other article, I wouldn’t write a conclusion, all I’d say is - the onus is on you , so, get up, mum, and off to work…
- The Tipping Point (Work From Home)
Sangeetha Rao Homechef @ Little Treats Instagram “ The more important a call or action is to our soul’s evolution, the more resistance we will feel toward pursuing it .”- Steven Pressfield The start of a home-based business is often driven by a strong desire for autonomy, flexibility, and control over one’s work life , combined with the potential to pursue a passion project while maintaining a work-life balance. It especially appeals to individuals seeking to prioritize family or personal time while generating income from home. In EI, we have many home-based entrepreneurs and many more who are just waiting for the right moment to start. So, when is the right moment you might ask? A second lease of life and constant appreciation from friends had me pondering about turning my childhood passion for baking healthy treats into a business for close to a year. One Sunday, looking at the entrepreneurs posting their ads on a WhatsApp group it hit me that if I was passionate about starting my home bakery, the right time is just, NOW! Most would-be entrepreneurs are technically sound but are held back by the many ‘ what-ifs’ that stop them from taking the plunge. From my experience, there are three key fears every entrepreneur must overcome to succeed: Fear of failure: We must realize that failure isn’t the opposite of success, it is a crucial part of success. The orders may not flow in immediately, or a client may not like your product and offer feedback. Take it positively and work on the product to make it more appealing. Start viewing failure as a chance to learn and grow. Fear of rejection: Remember that not all humans are the same. Some will appreciate your product or service and subscribe to it, while some might not. People will join your WhatsApp group and leave without placing a single order. Some who encouraged you to start may not subscribe to your product. It’s OK, you only need the right people to say ‘yes’ to you. Fear of uncertainty: One will encounter unknown issues but will also learn how to navigate out of them. Be confident in your abilities, you will develop a mindset that is flexible & resilient. So if you do have an idea, the skills, time, material required, and the right audience in this society, now is always the right time to start. Always remember, “ When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it ’. – Paulo Coelho
- Smile, It Works…..
Dr. Devyani Rozario Corporate Professional/Academician/Soft skills Trainer/Happiness Coach,/Life Coach/Ex State President Maharashtra Marketing Council, WICCI Linkedin Profile As I walked into the office, I saw a batch of 10 interns waiting in the HR Department to complete the onboarding formalities. I couldn't resist flashing a friendly smile at them. Their expressions were an amusing sight as they scanned the room to see who I was smiling at. I was to address them that afternoon. I know that the first day in a new job can be scary, especially when surrounded by unfamiliar faces. As a seasoned professional, I've always believed in the power of a warm welcome with a genuine smile. When we met again that afternoon, I smiled at them again, as I introduced myself. The interns, initially hesitant and unsure, now began to relax. I smiled again and checked with them whether they had smiled at someone that day? The answers were interesting. They had many reasons for not smiling, some said they were shy, some self conscious, a few stressed, and the rest feeling overwhelmed at being in a new place. It was a sobering realization for me that something as simple as a smile could be so challenging in a professional setting. A smile is the universal language of kindness. It communicates warmth, empathy, and acceptance. When a new entrant feels welcomed and understood, they are more likely to thrive and contribute to the team. So, the next time you encounter a new member in your team or office, remember the power of a smile. It's a simple gesture that can make a BIG difference! What about greeting someone with a warm smile today? You might just brighten their day. It couldset the tone for a positive and productive working relationship!
- To Simplify The Semiconductor Industry’s Lifecycle - The Key Stages
Samith Radhakrishnan SVP Analytics Head LinkedIn Profile 1. Chip Research and Design - India - can we see an innovation similar to space tech This is initial stage, where the concept & design of the semiconductor chip, defining its architecture, logic, and functionality. It involves extensive simulations & testing before a physical prototype is created. Innovation and performance improvements occur here. This is where cutting edge technology like AI, 5G, and data centers originate. This stage requires large investments in talent (engineers, architects), specialized design software (EDA tools), and IP licensing. A significant portion of R&D budgets is used here. Companies like NVIDIA, Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm excel in design. EDA tool providers Synopsys & Cadence play critical roles. AI and quantum computing chip design is an emerging field, with companies and startups rapidly growing in this space. 2. Fabrication - Only Tata (TEPL) and Adani This is where the designed chips are physically built on silicon wafers. This process involves complex equipment to etch, deposit, and ion implant materials onto the wafers to create billions of tiny transistors. Fabrication is where the magic happens at the atomic level. The ability to shrink transistor size (e.g., to 5nm, 3nm) defines performance and efficiency. Building and maintaining a fab costs billions of dollars (often $10B+ for advanced nodes). The equipment itself is highly specialized and expensive (EUV lithography machines from ASML). Major foundries include TSMC, Samsung, and Intel, GlobalFoundries is another key player. There is a huge push toward regionalizing fabs to avoid supply chain dependencies, especially in India, Europe and the U.S. 3. OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) - In India Kaynes, Suchi Semicon After fabrication, the silicon wafers are diced into individual chips. The chips then go through packaging and testing to ensure functionality before they can be integrated into electronic devices. Packaging is crucial for protecting the chip, managing heat, and connecting it to other components in devices. Testing ensures no defects, as faulty chips could disrupt entire systems. OSAT operations are capital-intensive but less so than fabs. They require advanced testing equipment and skilled technicians. ASE Group, Amkor Technology, and SPIL, Kaynes Semicon are among the leading OSAT companies. OSAT companies are innovating in advanced packaging technologies like 2.5D and 3D packaging. 4. ATMP (Assembly, Test, Mark, Pack) -India Tata (TSAT), Micron, CG power ATMP encompasses all the stages after wafer fabrication, including assembling the chips into packages, marking them, and final testing. It's a final quality control step before chips are sent out to device manufacturers. ATMP involves significant investment in equipment and automation. ASE, Amor , Powertech Tech, and Unisem are leaders. Advanced chiplet are driving growth in this stage. Ref: LinkedIn Article ; ET Article
